We had a nice weekend at the beach on St. Simon's Island.

Scott took his camera with us on our trip and took some really good photos.  Here are some of his best shots - without any cropping or trimming. He is doing a great job of centering his subject and holding the camera still. There is a great picture of the chipmunk that fascinated us in RMNP on Trail Ridge Road, and look for the bunny in the last one - it blends in, but you can see it in the middle of the shot at the bottom of the petrified stump.

Colorado vacation - part 11 (last one)

Here are some pictures from our visit to Cave of the Wind, hanging out with the T's at our campsite making hobo pies in the fire, and of the gold mine in Cripple Creek.  This was the last leg of our trip, and we went back to Denver to start heading home.  We had a fabulous time and have already started thinking about what adventure we might plan next... 

Colorado vacation - part 10

We continued our fun times with the T's by riding the Pike's Peak Cog Railroad and going to the Garden of the Gods National Park. Wish we could have hung out with them forever...

(By the way - the sheep that were so elusive in Rocky Mountain National Park finally appeared on the cog rail trip. I am so glad I finally got to see them.)
