Band-aids - all of dem

Scott had a meeting with the asphalt in our cul-de-sac on Friday afternoon, so he has what he refers to as a "BIG ouchy" just above his right eyebrow. He finally agreed to let me put a band-aid on it before he went to bed on Friday night, but not before we had band-aids on both arms. Then we had to have one on the other side of his head - for symmetry, I guess. So he went to bed wearing several band-aids and thankfully we found them all in the morning. It actually takes 2 band-aids to cover the scrape. This morning, I was able to convince him to let me put on the 2 that I wanted as long as we put 1 on the other side of his head for balance. Here is a picture from snack time. The yellow one has Woody on it, the one below that has Lightning McQueen and a few "drifters" and the one on the other side has several Toy Story characters. It isn't slowing him down at all... here he is playing in the sandbox. The sandbox is a good photo opportunity because he is actually in one place for a while... The weather was fabulous today. We had a very full day: Scott helped me cook eggs for breakfast, got a haircut, made a Valentine's box for school, went to the big playground, stomped around in the woods, played on the back patio, and went to the mall for a quick shopping trip. He actually wore the sunglasses through the mall, and got a few comments from people about how cool he was.
